George Weasley;
Fred is torn between being terrified that George will be the one of them to die and that he'll be the one and George will be left alone. The latter is really the one that he's most afraid of. He knows George wouldn't be able to handle it on his own, but on the other hand, knows it would tear him apart to lose George himself. It's a whole lot of fucked up that he wants to just chalk up to Draco being an ass, but Bellatrix had no reason to lie about it. At the moment he's mostly trying to delve into escapism and hope that the two of them can stay on Coruscant for, well, forever. And hope that George never becomes aware of that whole bag of issues.

Catty Turner;
If Kyp didn't exist Fred would be flirting his face off with Catty. But he sees what's going on there and sees that that goes a lot deeper than just a kiddy crush and that is nothing he wants to get involved in. Complications, ew. He's worried about her, but recognizes the strength in her. He thinks she tries to be stronger than she is but he also can't blame her for it. Most people do. In a way, he admires her for that. She's a close friend and he'd probably value her opinion over most others' and man will he be broken when she goes dark side ;_;

Claire Bennet;
Claire reminds Fred a lot of Ginny, meaning she is also capable of making him experience minute amounts of shame. MINUTE. But also means he's got a fierce urge to protect her. While he doesn't approve of Draco he's not so oblivious that he doesn't see he makes her happy (sort of), and despite his dickery, he's okay with them being together. Just. Not while Auntie Bella is lurking. Seeing Claire down makes Fred want to pull out all of his ridiculous joke items to cheer her up. She's like a bb!sissy/bff mix in his heart and it is going to destroy him when Bella shanks her 8|

Draco Malfoy;
He's starting to get that Draco isn't that hideous of a person anymore, which is really just frustrating. The teasing, especially recently with the issues with Claire, is more just for Fred's amusement and less because he hates the guy's guts. I mean, he still hates him plenty, yeah, he finds him arrogant and ridiculous and sour. But he sees that something happened to him in the future and that both confuses and slightly terrifies Fred. He will make Draco's life hell if anything bad happens to Claire.

Luna Lovegood;
Fred never chatted extensively with Luna at home, but he's finding a lot of amusement in his conversations with her now. He knows a chat with her will never be boring and he finds her weird outlook on the world fun to listen to. She's usually always in what seems like decent spirits, which is one of the core Weasley Twin values. And he's glad to have her around as one of the Hogwarts kids that aren't Malfory. Also - Best quarantine buddy ever.

Lily Evans;
Beyond the jokes for wanting an autograph, Fred is completely bewildered by Lily Evans being here. He thinks it's kind of awesome and kind of morbid. After he's been told he might die he's starting to get more of an idea of what it might feel like to be her, and he's sympathetic.

Nymphadora Tonks;
One thing Fred is actually looking forward to if he returns home (which is a thought that's been spoiled by 'you or George will die within the next few years') is getting to meet Tonks. She's like the random cool member of the family everyone's been hiding from him and there's a familiarity with her he finds comforting. He'd like to spend more time with her, and maybe will if he goes by the Jedi Temple sometime :3

Bellatrix LeStrange;
AAHHHHHHHH. Bellatrix, you need to die and you need to stay dead. Some part of him wants to get the whole story of how exactly he or George dies, but mainly he wants to stay the hell away from her and just hope Revan sends her back soon.

Marian Hawke;
HEY THERE CRAZY DRUNK LADY. You are one of the most fun people on Coruscant and he looks forward to backing cakes with you in the future.

The Doctor;
It's very obvious to Fred that the Doctor is very clever and probably has the best idea of what is going on around here. He's seen that he's got the 'save people and do right' kind of spirit that Fred values in people and he doesn't feel any worry in trusting him or backing his plans. The fact that conversations with him are sure to never be dull is just a plus.
